Library overview
Browse all documents in the Library sheet with grid and list views.
The Library sheet shows every document in your account with search, folders, and view options. Finished audio and video transcripts land here too; Transcriptions in the sidebar is only the job queue.

Open the library
Click Library in the sidebar. The sheet slides in from the side.
Views
- Grid: card layout with title previews
- List: compact rows
Toggle between views in the library header.
Search
Filter documents by title using the search field at the top of the sheet.
Document actions
Click a document to open it. Use the three-dot menu on each row for Archive or Delete (Restore when viewing archived docs).
New badge
Recently created documents may show a New badge until you open them.
