- 10 hour audio/video transcription, 5 jobs at a time (Free: 30 min, 1 job; signed-in accounts only)
Audio transcription
Signed-in accounts can transcribe uploaded audio or video (up to 500 MB). Free: 30 minutes per file and 1 job at a time. Unlimited: 10 hours and 5 jobs uploading or processing at once. Each transcription server processes one file at a time; extra jobs wait in the queue. Guests need to create an account first. Billing is 0.5 credits per started minute after the file is processed.
What every plan includes
Free and Unlimited both include:
- Eco playback (unlimited, no credits)
- Cloud playback, Ask questions, MP3 export, AI versions, Enhance, and PDF import (credit-consuming features use your wallet balance)
Eco mode
Eco playback is unlimited on all plans and does not spend credits.
On a modern desktop browser, use Eco mode for everyday listening. Switch to Cloud when Eco is unavailable or you need server-generated audio.

Checkout
Upgrade goes straight to Stripe Hosted Checkout in your account currency (EUR or USD). Prices are equivalent in both currencies at checkout. See Upgrade or change plan.
