Import .txt and .markdown files into Speechdash.
Upload a .txt or .md file from the homepage dropzone. Speechdash reads the file locally and creates a document immediately (unlike PDF, which processes in the background). You cannot paste text or a URL.

Steps
On the homepage, open the file picker or drag a file onto the import area.
Choose a .txt or .md file.
Speechdash creates the document and opens the reader. The same duration cap as other document uploads applies (Free: 30 minutes of speech; Unlimited: 10 hours).
Markdown
Headings, lists, bold, and code blocks import as markdown. Code blocks are automatically skipped during playback unless you change skip settings. See Skip sentences and code blocks.
