Speechdash accepts PDF uploads from the homepage. Text extraction runs in the background while you wait on a processing panel.

Speechdash uploads the file and starts extraction. A processing panel shows progress with status updates.
When complete, the reader opens with the extracted markdown content.
Press Play to listen. Fix extraction errors in Edit mode if needed.
Credits and file size
PDF import uses credits based on uploaded file size (0.5 credits per started MB, minimum 0.5 credits). See What uses credits.
The technical PDF cap is 20 MB. Your plan also enforces:
- Duration of the extracted text (Free: 30 minutes of speech; Unlimited: 10 hours)
- Files at a time (Free: 1; Unlimited: 50)
- 5 GB plan ceiling on Unlimited (the 20 MB PDF cap is tighter today)
If the extracted text is longer than your plan allows, the import fails and PDF import credits are refunded. See Plans and pricing.
