Document limit reached
Free plan daily document cap, upload limits, and how to keep creating.
Free accounts (including guests) can create 3 listening documents per day. Unlimited subscribers have no daily cap. Archiving does not reset today's creations.
Document uploads: Free is 30 minutes and 1 file at a time. Unlimited is 10 hours / 5 GB and 50 files at a time. Duration is estimated from word count (about 170 words per minute).
Transcription is separate (signed-in accounts only): Free 30 minutes / 1 job / 500 MB; Unlimited 10 hours / 5 jobs / 500 MB. Billing is 0.5 credits per started minute.

After Unlimited ends
If Unlimited ends, the Free daily cap applies again the next day. Existing documents stay in your library.
