- Cloud playback refuses to start

- Credit bar at zero

Check usage
Review Settings → Credit usage to see what consumed credits, or open Billing to upgrade or buy a pack.
Free plan
You receive 20 credits per month. Playback starts in Cloud and spends them. Switch to Eco in the voice popover to keep listening on desktop without spending credits.
