Export costs and credits
How MP3 export pricing works on Speechdash.
MP3 export bills during generation based on audio duration and which sentences need new synthesis.
Rate
- 0.5 credits per started 30 seconds of spoken audio per sentence
- Minimum 0.5 credits per billable segment
- Sentences already cached from Cloud playback on the server cost 0 credits on export (Eco-only listening does not populate this cache)
Estimate before export
The download dialog shows estimated credits (with a coins icon) before you confirm. Actual cost matches generated audio length and server cache hits.
Example
A 10-minute document with all sentences already played in Cloud mode may export cheaply because audio is cached server-side. A fresh version never played in Cloud may cost more.
Out of credits
If your wallet is empty, export fails until you upgrade, buy a credit pack, or wait for the monthly grant. See Out of credits.
