| Another file is still processing | Free: 1 file at a time; Unlimited: 50. Wait for the current import to finish. |
| Corrupted file | Re-export from the source app |
| Password protected | Remove password and re-upload |
| Empty extraction | Save the content as .txt or .md and upload it |
Credits
Failed imports after upload may still charge if extraction started. Contact support with the document ID if billing looks wrong.
